I have a goodly amount of calf liver in the freezer, plus two large yellow onions on the counter. I love liver, but I usually just pan-fry it in my cast-iron skillet. I've never tried to compose liver and onions before. Does anyone have any advice about the particulars, how to keep it from being too greasy or over-cooked in particular ( Read more... )

I've been fairly quiet for ages, but I'm busy designing recipes for Failsafe and South Beach. This came out wonderfully tonight. If you're really amine sensitive, I would just oven bake the chicken and skip the browning step.

My mom's eggplant caviar (with enough garlic)

morning all...

totally didn't plan for dinner tonight. hubby is cooking. need something easy he can make w/ a flank steak, something other than fajitas, pepper steak or stir fry. To top it off, he hates most casseroles and stews. I'm just out of ideas! please, help!
